EUGENE BIGOT, g-zhayn'-bee-go'. (Dessert, 1894.) 8.3.

Double type; large; late. Crimson with violet tinge, brightened by slightly silvery tips and numerous yellow stamens; fragrance pleasant, but weak. Medium height; floriferous; stems stiff. Foliage good.

Good at times but frequently ragged, and a half-developed globular shape. Generally classed among the good reds.

EUGENE BIGOT (Dessert, 1894) - Double - Red - Late. Medium height. Fragrance pleasant, but weak Crimson with violet tinge, brightened by slightly silvery tips and numerous yellow stamens.
