MRS. PHILIP RUNGIMAN (Kelway, 1928) - Double - Rose. Rich vivid rose guard petals. Inner petals a full bomb of crown and rose. Full double. Bulletin 38.

MRS. REGINALD BALFOUR (Kelway) - Double - Pink - Midseason.

MRS. R. M. BACHELLER  (Vories, 1930) - Double - Pink. Fragrant. Large cup of creamy pink. List in Bulletin 91.

MRS. ROMAINE B. WARE (Brand, 1925) - Double - Pink. Fairly tall. Slight rose fragrance. Medium large. Light flesh-pink, shading lighter; vigorous; slender but strong stems. M.

MRS. ROWLAND (Brand, 1942) - Double - Red - Midseason. Deep red purple of unsurpassed richness. Large beautifully arranged petals. Lists in Bulletins 91 and 130.

MRS. R. T. WHITAKER (Reineke, 1936) - Double - Light Pink - Midseason. Very fragrant. Double outer petals light pink, deepening in the center to the same shades of the Ophelia rose. Good Stems. Bulletin 65.

MRS. S. GUNDRY (Origin unknown) - Single - Pink - Midseason.

MRS. SHAYLOR FORCE (Shaylor, 1919) - Double - White - Midseason. Fragrance, pleasant, bitter. Very large. Long symmetrically arranged petals of creamy white with a faint glow of pale lemon in the depths; almost always has a wire edge of crimson on some center petals, though it may be lacking. M.

MRS. SHUTTLEWORTH (Kelway, 1917) - Double - Pink - Midseason.

MRS. SPRINGER BROOKS (Edlund, 1934) - Semi-Double - White - Midseason. Medium height. White, with large waxy petals with yellow or orange stamens. Dark green foliage. Bulletin 56.

MRS. TELFER MACARTHUR (Murawska, 1940) - Double - Blush - Midseason. Medium height. Strong locust blossom fragrance. Opens blush fading to ivory white. Rose-bud-like buds, free flowering, strong stems, good foliage, no pollen or markings. Very good keeper and one of the outstanding features in the strong locust blossom fragrance. Named in honor of Mrs. Telfer MacArthur, wife of the President of the Pioneer Publishing Co., of Oak, 111. Bulletin 81.

MRS. W. A. RAFFERTY (Rafferty, 1939) - Double - Pink - Late Midseason. Brilliant deep rose pink. List in Bulleton 91.

MRS. WARD WELSH (Good & Reese, 1933) - Jap. - White - Midseason. Medium height. White, yellow staminodes. List in Bulletin 91.

MRS. W. C. OTIS (Otis, 1939) - Double - Pink - Late. Tall. Large light pink, fine form. List in Bulletin 91.

MRS. W. D. BENNETT (Wettengel, 1926) - Double - Midseason.

MRS. WILDER BANCROFT (Nicholls, 1935) - Jap. - Red. 36" plant. (MIKADO adventitious. No. 194) Large typical Japanese. Rose madder (deep red) throughout except that the staminodes are edged and tipped gold. The wide, overlapping petals are horizontal. The staminodes are about 3/8" wide and are adequate in number; they form a semi-globular cushion. Extraordinarily lasting substance. Stiff stems. Grows strongly and propagates rapidly. Bulletin 61.

MRS. WILLIAM METCALFE (Farquhar, 1920) - Double - Pink - Midseason.

MRS. W. L. GUMM (Gumm, 1929) - Double - Light Pink - Late. Tall. Beautiful flower, delicate light pink. Very fine. List in Bulletin 91.

MULCHELNEY (Kelway) - Single - Pink - Midseason.

MULLIGAN (Kelway) - Double - Brick Red - Midseason.

MULTNOMAH (Rosenfield, 1942) - Single - Red - Late. The entire plant carries a decided red for a long time. The flower is a very fine shade of brilliant red. List in Bulletin 91.

MYRTLE GENTRY (Brand, 1925) - Double - Rosy White - Late Midseason. Pleasing fragrance. Rosy white, suffused with tints of flesh and salmon. Strong stems. Good habit. M.

MYRTLE REINEKE (Reineke, 1936) - Double - White - Midseason. Medium height. Fragrant. White double with cast of delicate pink fading to pure white. Bloom sometimes shows an occasional hairline marking of lavender on several petals; large rose type, with good stems. Bulletin 65.

MYRTLE ROSENFIELD (Rosenfield, 1934) - Double - Pink. Medium height. Rose type. Clear pink of even color. Upright, a profuse bloomer of rare beauty. Bulletin 56.

MYSTIC (Jones, 1943) - Jap. - Light Pink - Late Midseason. List in Bulletin 91.

NAGAO-NO-TAKARA (Japan) - Listed by Krekler, 1955. Mr. Peyton says it is a Smirnow importation from Japan.
